Rising Damp
Rising Damp, common in older buildings, is probably the most asked for service we provide.
Caused by moisture rising though capillary action in stone/brickwork, it can create problem dry rot/wet rot and salt contamination. In most cases it can be dealt with the injection of a chemical damp proof course and the removal and renewal of the plaster.
