Condensation Control
Condensation is caused by a lack of heating, ventilation and insulation. It is the most commonly misinterpreted as rising damp - an expensive mistake. Condensation causes mould on carpets, clothing and wall coverings, heat loss through damp walls and serious health concerns. Mechanical systems can be fitted to reduce condensation. Fitted into a roof void these mechanical systems extract moisture and create a positive air pressure drying out surfaces from moisture ingress.
